Res Tec is becoming very popular as an alternative external surfacing solution.

How does it work?

Res Tec is a mixture of aggregates and UVR resin which forms a hard durable surface. The dried aggregates are mixed with the resin. This is then troweled onto a new or existing tarmac or concrete base to achieve a smooth flat finish with no loose gravel.

Res Tec is highly permeable and teamed with a permeable substrate or base layer it can provide a suds compliant external surfacing solution, which offers an environmentally sound alternative to traditional paving products.
